Ana y La Locura is a period instrument ensemble specialising in storytelling, and unusual pairings of baroque song and dance music. Since their launch in 2024, they have performed internationally at venues including HandelHendrix House, St Clement Danes and Festival de La Gente, France.

Following the success of their first programme ‘Je suis la Folie,’ this year they are seeking development grants for two new programmes: ‘Invisible Threads’ - in partnership with composer Emma-Ruth Richards, and ‘Nātīvitās’ - a programme of Christmas music featuring Kanun player Konstantinos Glynos.

La Locura collaborators are cellist and recorder player Iain Hall, keyboard specialists Thomas Allery and Dominika Maszczynska, and theorbo/chitarra players players Kristiina Watt, Johan Löfving and Eligio Quinteiro.
